Publix Charities Donates $152,000 to the United Way of Chattahoochee Valley
United Way Vice President of Resource Development Becky Fletcher and campaign chair Ray Smith recently received Publix Charities’ $152,000 donation at the United Way of Chattahoochee Valley’s offices.
United Way Vice President of Resource Development Becky Fletcher and campaign chair Ray Smith recently received Publix Charities’ $152,000 donation at the United Way of Chattahoochee Valley’s offices. The check was presented by Publix District Manager Randy Burt and Store Managers Andre Ranew, Russ Hare, Ed Hutton, Jim Evans, and Bryant McClenaghan.
The Georgia organization known today as the United Way of Chattahoochee Valley has funded local nonprofit agencies for nearly 70 years. Publix Charities is proud to support this United Way in their mission to transform lives in their community.
In 2017, Publix Charities donated and Publix associates pledged a total of $63.1 million to United Way. Read more about the donation.
