Publix Charities supports the historic Polk Theatre 

Publix Charities Supervisor Tracey Carter visited the Polk Theatre in Lakeland, FL, to deliver Publix Charities’ $141,500 donation.  President and CEO Leslie Sikora and several members of her staff, including Spencer Greason, Ricky Johnson, Julie Ashley, and Kristin McGowan, were on hand to accept the check. This donation was part of a special grant process to assist select nonprofit organizations with one-time needs. It will fund much-needed improvements to the historic building, including a restoration of the marquee and upgrades to the sound system, spotlight, and fire doors.
