Publix Charities supports Feeding South Florida

presenting a charity check to Feeding South Florida

Publix Community Relations Manager Robyn Hankerson-Printemps was recently at Feeding South Florida in Pembroke Park, Florida, to present Publix Charities’ $450,000 donation. Feeding South Florida’s Assistant Vice President of Philanthropy, Allyson Vaulx, was on hand to accept the check. This donation will support their meal delivery program for seniors and fund a new pickup truck and trailer to expand their mobile food pantry program. Mobile pantries play a pivotal role in improving access to essential food resources, particularly for individuals and families residing in food deserts or facing transportation challenges.

Publix Charities is proud to support Feeding South Florida’s mission to end hunger in South Florida by providing immediate access to nutritious food, leading hunger and poverty advocacy efforts, and transforming lives through innovative programming and education.
