Publix Charities supports the Adventure Science Center in Nashville, Tennessee

Publix Regional Director Kris Crapo, District Manager Brad Hupp, and Store Manager Dan Reizner recently visited the Adventure Science Center in Nashville, Tennessee, to present Publix Charities’ $10,000 donation toward their Science Quest STEM camps.  These camps provide a range of science enrichment programs for youth in grades K–6.  Recent research has shown that informal science education programs such as these are important, as they raise student interest, confidence, and classroom achievement in math and science, as well as generate interest in pursuing STEAM studies and careers.
